About us

Castleoak was established as a family partnership in 1984. We built our first care home in 1987 and incorporated a year later.  We gradually developed our specialism and, since 1996, we have worked exclusively in the care sector.

Our annual turnover in the financial year to March 2009 was £70 million. 

Today, the Castleoak Group comprises:

• Castleoak Care Partnerships (CCP), our design and build company
   
• Castleoak Care Developments (CCD), our development arm, which provides care operators with the option to buy or lease a brand new, purpose-built care home
   
• Castleoak Timber Frame (CTF), a timber frame design and manufacturing company which works on a solus basis to supply CCP
