Castleoak has featured in the listing of the 100 Best SME Companies to Work For produced by the Sunday Times in 2005, 2007 and 2008.
The listing recognises organisations applauded by their employees for providing a supportive environment where they feel rewarded, appreciated and encouraged to develop. The Top 100 in 2008 saw Castleoak ranked at number 22 for the UK, the highest position for any construction company.
Castleoak was also the only construction company to be awarded the highest three star ranking in this year’s Best Companies employee accreditation scheme which canvassed the views of more than 100,000 UK based employees across 434 organisations.
