Castleoak Timber Frame Quality Policy

Castleoak Timber Frame was established in 2008 to provide security, control and sustainability over timber frame manufacture, supply and cost, which is one of the most critical elements of Castleoak Group’s production process. Castleoak Timber Frame has 30 employees based at two sites, a 46,000 sq ft factory in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent and a design team office in Malvern, Gloucestershire.

Castleoak Timber Frame Ltd is committed to offering our Customer, Castleoak Care Partnerships Ltd a quality service and product. We provide them with, timber frame design, timber frame wall manufacture, timber frame floor cassette manufacture and roof truss manufacture.

Everyone at Castleoak Timber Frame recognises that the quality of our product and service, alongside health, safety and environmental best practice, is a key business function and an important aspect of good business practices.

In respect of this, Castleoak Timber Frame will:

The ability of Castleoak Timber Frame to meet these objectives is measured through an internal audit process which evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. In addition objectives are met through continual improvement schemes and through the detection and prevention of non-conformances.

This Quality Policy is issued to all Castleoak Timber Frame employees and made available to interested parties upon request. It is reviewed annually to ensure that it fully represents the culture, activities and aims of Castleoak Group.
