Castleoak Care Partnerships (CCP) is the leading name in the design and construction of care homes and other supported housing for older people. We work exclusively in this field alongside many of the most well known care providers from the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.
CCP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Castleoak Holdings Ltd, which itself is a private limited company, and it can trace its roots back to the original Knight family partnership established in 1984.
We built our first care home in 1987 and incorporated a year later. The company gradually developed its specialism and by 1996 was working exclusively in the sector across the UK. Annual turnover in the financial year to March 2008 topped £61 million.
We are not, in any sense of the word, a traditional building contractor and this flows naturally from our foundation as a “values driven” company.
We employ modern methods of construction and are fully signed up to the principles originally set out in the Egan Report. We have a Continuous Improvement Programme in place and this is tied in with our commitment to the lean construction agenda.
