The way we do business is all about partnership: with our customers, our colleagues and our suppliers.

In the same way that we work hard at our relationships with our customers and suppliers, we invest in the development and wellbeing of our colleagues.

This is reflected in our teamworking ethos and the facilities and pleasant working environments we strive to create.  We also understand that our colleagues are individuals with lives outside work, which also bring responsibilities and pressures.  These can be eased considerably by our flexible working conditions which can, ultimately, maximise performance.

If one quality applies to all our staff, it is the desire to make a positive difference, and that, again, applies equally outside of work.  We support them in this financially, with donations made to causes actively supported by our colleagues, and in terms of resource, with every member of staff given up to three development days for activities which will benefit the community.

We have Investors in People accreditation, including the IIP Leadership and Management module. We are also classed as an ´outstanding´, two star employer by the Best Companies to Work for Survey 2009, which is based entirely on employee feedback.
