• 64-apartment extra care scheme including a day centre

• Castleoak's fifth project for Saxon Weald

• 30 of the two-bedroom apartments are for purchase on a shared equity basis, while the remainder are for rent

• The Newman Bassett Day Centre is run by Hampshire County Council for use by local community residents

• Built for Saxon Weald in partnership with Hampshire County Council, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and the Dept of Health
