Development services

While design and build contracts have always been the bedrock of our business, we also develop care homes in prime locations to be let or sold on a turnkey basis to customers. Our development team offers the full range of specialist services to customers wishing to develop care accommodation, from land-finding to local market analysis.

We are actively looking for sites because the care home market remains strong. If you own, or otherwise control, land that you think might be suitable for building a care home we’d like to hear from you. Our ideal site criteria are outlined below:

• 1 acre or more
• Residential or mixed residential and commercial locations
• Good access to public transport
• Proximity to shops preferred, but not essential
• Ability to take a two or three storey building of 2,800 m2 or more
• Within established market towns or larger settlements
• In Wales, or Central or Southern England
