We enjoy excellent working relationships with our supply partners largely because we attach the same importance to partnering with as we do with our customers. 
 
We think that good communication is the key.
 
We encourage regular one to one meetings, as well as weekly team collaborative planning meetings on all our sites. We hold regular workshops to push forward the continuous improvement agenda and each year we hold a series of roadshows to update our supply partners about future opportunities, to give an overview of our aspirations for the future and to reinforce the standards we are seeking to achieve and maintain. They also give us an excellent chance of collating constructive feedback.
 
At a very practical level, we strive to make sure we pay supply partners on time and even bring forward BACS runs every December to ensure early payment over the Christmas period.
