Information for recruitment consultancies

We welcome applications for specific positions via recruitment agencies. However, the application procedure set out in the information accompanying each vacancy must be followed. This includes a covering letter or email from the candidate to accompany the CV.

Agencies must ensure that their terms of business are agreed with Castleoak but the following provisions will apply:

• Maximum Agency Fee – 10% of basic salary (excluding other benefits) + VAT
• Fee Payable one month after the satisfactory completion of one month’s continuous employment with Castleoak and subject to refund arrangements in the event that the candidate leaves within six months

Please do not send candidate details on a general basis, as it simply overloads our system. Any agencies that send in unsolicited emails will be denied future access to our email system.
