Integrate is a graduate management training programme which has been created to help us identify and nurture new commercial talent, specifically in the fields of construction management, design management and quantity surveying. It has been developed with the express aim of finding and cultivating first class people.

 

Our aim is to recruit two graduates each year, who have a desire to progress to professional status. Our preference is for graduates with directly relevant degrees but we will also consider (and have appointed) those who have studied non-cognate courses.
