If you own, or otherwise control land, that you think might be suitable for building a care home we’d like to hear from you. Our ideal site is between 1 and 1.5 acres, situated in major towns or cities, and capable of accommodating a building in excess of 30,000 sq ft.
We are actively looking for land because the care home market remains strong. Demand for beds continues to rise and there is still an undersupply of appropriate places. The demographic pattern means that by 2014 there will be more 65 year olds than 16 year olds in the UK .What’s more, this upward spiral in the UK age profile is set to continue over the next 45 years.
