Two new extra care projects start up this week
Work starts on two extra care projects this week, with September already seeing four new sites get underway for Castleoak.
At Brighton Hill in Basingstoke we are building an extra care scheme of 65 one- and two-bed apartments for Saxon Weald. At the same time, demolition work has started in Leeds, at Hemingway House, where 45 extra care apartments are to be built on the site of a derelict, former local authority care home for another longstanding client, MHA.
