Official opening of Carey Lodge, Wing
We were delighted to join residents and longstanding clients at the official opening of Carey Lodge, the 75-bed care home we built at Wing, near Leighton Buzzard, in Buckinghamshire.
We had handed over Carey Lodge in May, our fourth scheme of eight for Project Care, the county’s reprovisioning programme run by Housing Solutions in partnership with the Fremantle Trust and Buckinghamshire County Council.
The home is named after Hugh Carey, Buckinghamshire County Council´s Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care between 2001 and 2005, who played a major role in securing Project Care.
