We have handed over the first of Castleoak’s own developments, a 68-bed care home at Carterton, Oxfordshire, to longstanding client MHA.

 

Castleoak had bought the site from David Wilson Homes, who built the neighbouring housing development, and secured planning permission within six weeks. Prior to starting on site we had entered into an agreement with longstanding client MHA, who have taken the property on a long-term lease.

 

“It’s great to get our first development project away to such a flying start, delivered on time and on budget,” said Development Director Steve Bucknell.

 

“We’re now looking at a range of other sites in England and Wales, so it’s a case of ‘watch this space’!”
