Planning permission secured for Lent Rise
Planning permission has been secured for Lent Rise, Burnham, our sixth project of eight for Project Care, Buckinghamshire’s reprovisioning programme run by Housing Solutions in partnership with the Fremantle Trust and Buckinghamshire County Council. Project Care will see us deliver more than 600 care beds in the county through a rolling design and build programme.
Work will start on site during the summer, to follow on from our Marlow scheme for Project Care, to where current Lent Rise residents will move while we replace their home with a new, 60-bed care home.
