Industry body, ConstructionSkills, has awarded Castleoak a CSCS Employer Certificate of Commitment in recognition of our “commitment to developing a competent workforce able to meet the requirements of your customers, your employees and the construction industry”.
The award has been made because more than 75% of our employees now hold a CSCS (ConstructionSkills Certification Scheme) card. These are issued following individuals’ successful completion of a test to prove professional competence. There is a variety of CSCS cards, so that everyone working in whatever capacity within the construction industry can prove their occupational competence. 113 Castleoak employees - almost 80% of our workforce – now hold a relevant CSCS card, including all our site-based staff and all those who regularly visit site.
