Castleoak hands over Worthing’s first extra care scheme
This week saw our Worthing project team hand over Highdown Court in Durrington Lane, Worthing to longstanding customer, Saxon Weald.
The 54 one- and two-bedroom extra care apartment scheme includes four apartments for people with learning disabilities and is our third project for Saxon Weald, who are working in partnership with West Sussex County Council. Highdown Court is Worthing’s first extra care scheme, and is wheelchair accessible throughout with communal facilities including an electric buggy charging room, pamper suite, secure gardens and guest suites.
