Mark Evans has joined Castleoak in the role of HR Director (Interim), initially until 31st December.
Mark is an experienced HR Director who has worked for a wide range of companies, including Lloyds Banking Group and GlaxoSmithKline. His most recent role was interim HR Director for Danone's Baby UK business, which sells brands such as Cow & Gate and Aptamil.
Mark, who lives just outside Cardiff, now heads up the HR team, working alongside HR Manager, Mandy Knight, for a period before she leaves next month after 22 years at Castleoak.
“We’re delighted to have been able to bring Mark onboard with his wide range and depth of HR experience and we look forward to Mark’s ideas about how we can further develop what we do in the future,” said Group Chief Executive, Mel Knight.
