We have added a significant new dimension to our partnership with one of our longstanding customers, Barchester Healthcare, in the shape of two care home development projects.
Later this month we start work on a 62-bed care home in Basingstoke, and contracts have also been signed for a 78-bed care home development at Wadhurst in East Sussex. These projects will sit alongside our normal design and build work for Barchester.
“We are delighted that, as a result of our very successful partnership on design and build contracts over the past ten years, Barchester had the confidence to commit to this new development programme,” said Castleoak Executive Chairman, Mel Knight.
“They have an ambitious development programme and were impressed with our site-finding and development capabilities to help them meet their requirements.”
