Castleoak's claims to be a great place to work have taken another step forward with recent confirmation, from the Sunday Times Best Companies Survey, that not only have we have retained one star status, but we actually scored 30+ points more than last year and just missed the two star threshold by a mere 4.5 points.
The well-established survey identifies workplace performance and best practice via an in-depth, independent, anonymous employee survey.
