Simon Greenstreet, Customer Partnerships Director
Simon joined Castleoak in 1995, and his immediate contribution saw him rapidly promoted to become an Executive Director.
His whole career has been spent in the construction industry, working with a national builders’ merchant, a civil engineering contractor and, for ten years, for one of the UK’s largest timber frame manufacturers. These positions encompassed sales, technical and operational responsibilities.
Simon’s day-to-day role as Customer Partnerships Director of Castleoak Care Partnerships sees him taking responsibility for client satisfaction and the financial performance across all projects. He has led the Castleoak team in managing externalisation programmes in Dorset, Surrey, London Borough of Merton, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Simon is married and has four children.
