Steve Bucknell, Development Director
Steve joined Castleoak in late 2006 from Sunrise Senior Living where, for the previous five years, he was Regional Development Director covering the south of England, Wales and the border counties. A chartered surveyor by training, he is a graduate in Land Management from the University of Reading. He has also worked in private practice and extensively in the retail sector.
Steve’s principal role is to identify and acquire land suitable for the development of care homes which can then be leased or sold to care providers.
