Our values

We are a values-driven organisation with a strong track record for being a good employer and for having a strong sense of social responsibility. We are accredited under IIP, including under its Leadership and Management module, and have the two star status (´outstanding´) under the Best Companies accreditation system for staff engagement.  We have also featured in the Sunday Times listings of the UK´s Best Small Companies to Work For in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
