Project delivery

We provide customers with complete turnkey solutions, working on around 95% of our projects right from the feasibility phase to its handover, including the commissioning and registration processes.

In fact, wherever possible, we get involved with a project at the earliest stage so that, alongside our customers, we can plan in detail and minimise risk.

We break down the project into defined blocks of activity, from initial feasibility through to the post-handover defects period. We then agree a joint set of outcomes and objectives for each stage, ensuring that we deliver against customer targets.

Every stage is supported by a dedicated Castleoak team, with one of our Customer Account Managers ensuring continuity throughout.

The Pre-Construction team includes our Head of Design, our M&E Director and an Estimator. Once contracts are signed, the Project Team comprises a Project Director, Project Surveyor, Design Manager, M&E Project Manager, Construction Manager and Finishing Manager.

We try to be excellent neighbours at our sites, which are all registered under the UK-wide Considerate Constructors Scheme (www.ccscheme.org.uk). This means they are each regularly inspected and scored by an experienced, independent industry professional to assess our teams’ consideration towards the workforce, the environment and the general public.

Finally, our Customer Care Team takes control during the twelve months post-handover.
