Richmond Letcombe Regis

• Luxury retirement village of 51 care beds, 34 apartments for independent living and 23 apartments for assisted living

• Our second project for Richmond Villages

• New-build, plus refurbishment of gate lodge with new-build extension

• Communal areas include a Wellness Suite with gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, bowling green and lakeside restaurant
