Richmond Letcombe Regis

• Luxury retirement village of 51 care beds, 63 care suites, 40 apartments for independent and assisted living

• Our second project for Richmond Villages

• New-build, plus refurbishment of gate lodge with new-build extension

• Communal areas include a Wellness Suite with gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, bowling green and lakeside restaurant
   

• Phased handover

• Multi-award winning project, including the London Evening Standard New Homes Best New Retirement Development Award 2011, the Pinders Healthcare Design Award for Independent Living 2011 and the Gold Award for the Best Retirement Village at the WhatHouse Awards 2010
