Specialist experience

Castleoak is the pre-eminent name in development, design and build within the care sector.

We´ve built nothing but care accommodation since 1996, delivering care homes - including specialist dementia care facilities - extra care schemes and care villages across the country.

We work across the not-for-profit and commercial sectors, and our customers include RSLs (themselves often working in partnership with care providers), charities, and independent companies. 

We also have considerable experience of strategic reprovisioning, where we run rolling design and build programmes over several years to replace a region´s outdated care facilities.  Currently, we are working on Buckinghamshire´s and Oxfordshire´s reprovisioning programmes.

To date, we have built over 130 homes, delivering almost 8,000 care bed spaces, and more than 2000 extra care apartments.

We are totally committed to the care sector and have strong working relationships with key professional bodies, such as the National Care Forum and the English Community Care Association.
