Supply chain partnering

As a construction management company, much of our work on site is delivered via a tried and tested team of partners.

We enjoy excellent working relationships with our supply partners, largely because we attach the same importance to partnering with our suppliers as with our customers.

We think that good communication is the key. We encourage regular one-to-one meetings, as well as weekly team collaborative planning meetings on all our sites. We also hold workshops to push forward the continuous improvement agenda, and have organised roadshows to update our supply partners about future opportunities, to give an overview of our aspirations for the future and to reinforce the standards we are seeking to achieve and maintain. These have also given us an excellent chance of collating constructive feedback.

At a very practical level, we strive to make sure we pay supply partners on time.
