Timber frame

Timber frame is classed as a Modern Method of Construction and, though not exclusively, this method has been at the heart of Castleoak’s delivery mechanism for the past 15 years, on buildings ranging from one to four storeys.

Castleoak Timber Frame (CTF), which operates on a solus basis as a supplier to our design and build operations, provides security and control over timber frame manufacture, supply and cost, which is one of the most critical elements in our production process. It supplies 50% of our timber frame requirement.

CTF is based at a 46,000 sq ft factory in Ebbw Vale and is supported by a specialist timber frame design team, based in Malvern.

Where appropriate, or preferred by clients, we also offer cost-effective block and brick programmes.
