Our main training programme is our Integrate Graduate Management Scheme, created with the express aim of finding and cultivating first class people, specifically in the fields of development, construction, design and quantity surveying.

So we offer a first class package, including:

• a salary of up to £25,000 pa
• a company car
• a mobile phone
•  IBM laptop
• 25 days´ annual leave plus additional days for approved training courses and study days
• study resources allowance of up to £250 pa
• membership fees for professional body
• upon satisfactory completion of the training programme and, subject to a post being available, a permanent, full-time position

Generally, we prefer to recruit graduates with directly relevant degrees, but we also consider - and have appointed - those who have followed non-cognate courses.

We are also able to provide work placements for undergraduates pursuing sandwich courses, and can offer short-term work experience during vacations. We also work with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) on their "Inspire" programme.
