Working to programme at Lord Harris Court

Our site team at Lord Harris Court in Wokingham is staying safe while working hard and, so far, keeping to programme.

This project for RMBI Care Co is a new care home for 45 residents and, in due course, 60 assisted living apartments and is on the site of their existing care home, Lord Harris Court, which remains in operation.

We’re a couple of months in and things are progressing well so far with residents due to move in from Spring 2021.

The new home will offer nursing and dementia care and incorporate assistive technologies and the apartments will be one and two bed and have on-site leisure and restaurant facilities.

Construction Manager, Glenn, shared some photos of progress on site today, as visitors are not permitted under the current circumstances.

“We’ve got a great, positive team approach among the site team and will carry on as long as we can safely to deliver to programme,” he said.

Architects are Carless & Adams, and Project Managers are Faithfull & Gould.
