Castleoak and Birchgrove create second assisted living development in Woking
Updated: Jul 24
Birchgrove, the specialist developer of luxury rental retirement properties, has held a ground-breaking ceremony to celebrate the launch of its second development in Woking at Hook Heath. The scheme includes the construction of 51 new modern apartments for the over 65s on a one-acre site purchased last year.
Birchgrove is backed by Bridges Fund Management, and its development partner is Castleoak.
The new Woking retirement village will offer a range of one and two-bedroom apartments which are due to be completed in August 2020. Casteoak is also the construction partner for the project.
The new homes will mirror the quality and specifications of Birchgrove's flagship development in Sidcup, also a Castleoak development, which will welcome its first residents in May this year.
