Debden Grange Retirement Village completed

On Friday we achieved Practical Completion at Debden Grange retirement village in the Essex village of Newport, near Saffron Walden for longstanding customer, Retirement Villages.

Debden Grange comprises 17 two-bedroom cottages, 64 one and two-bedroom apartments as well as a care home for 40 residents.

Project Manager, Scott, said, “We have had some additional challenges over the past ten days, given the current situation, but the site team has adapted to the challenges remarkably well.”

At time of writing all of our current sites remain operational, in line with Government guidance.
