A development conceived by Castleoak of 74 assisted living apartments and communal facilities plus an
adjacent 80-bed care home leased to Care UK

Castle View Retirement Living, Windsor
for RCVP and Octopus
Design and build of 59 luxury retirement apartments, communal facilities plus an adjacent 72-bed care home for Care UK
Constructed with piled foundations on reinforced concrete ground beams with a reinforced concrete four storey frame over a basement car park. Modern Methods of Construction techniques were applied to create penthouse apartments
and a lounge bar in lightweight steel frame (LWSF), all with striking views of Windsor Castle.

for Retirement Villages
Design and build of 64 two-bedroom assisted living apartments, 10 two-bedroom retirement bungalows, a village club house centre, a 40-bed care home plus extensive landscaping

Design and build of 65 independent living apartments plus communal lounge, cafe, hair and beauty salon, well-being treatment room, roof terrace and lounge, plus gardens and landscaping.

for Barchester Healthcare and Cinnamon Capital
Design and build of a 60-bed specialist care home for Cinnamon Capital, leased to Barchester Healthcare.
Constructed applying Modern Methods of Construction in timber frame from our off-site manufacturing operation.
The programme was reduced by 8 weeks using external insulated panels and factory fitted windows.
Prince George House care home, Ipswich
with Care UK for Suffolk County Council
As part of the £47 million care home reprovisioning programme, in partnership with Care UK, we delivered
10 care homes over 24 months. Castleoak identified sites, developed designs, secured planning,
and then progressed to design and build the programme optimising off-site manufacturing in timber frame.
