We might have been the first specialist in care and later living development, but, when it comes to creating homes that work for everyone and making later life better, partnership, passion and innovation are just as important as experience
We've over 30 years' specialism, from assisted living to care homes to retirement villages. So we understand your market, what you need your homes to deliver, and how to help you make sure they do.
We bring partnership attitude in all we do, so your targets and challenges are ours too. Which is why we plan pipelines as well as projects, with 87% of our customers choosing to work with us again.
We believe in innovation to make later life better, in areas including assistive technology and sustainability that give you homes that people want to live and work in.
We aspire to demonstrate our company values of Excellence, Respect, Integrity and Collaboration every day. As a values-driven business, we believe how we do things is as important as what we do.
We are passionate about later living and care. We're both supportive of and active within the sector, joining the wider debate and the drive to deliver appropriate, sustainable and plentiful homes that help make later life better.
